Email verification is required to encash any of the prizes. 

Standard TDS of 30% as per Government of India regulations as applicable.

Providing PAN number is mandatory if you win cash prize of over INR 10,000 in this Tournament.

Participants from Assam and Orissa are not allowed to take part in the Tournament.

Sharing or distribution of the password with any other user/ person/ group or any third party is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Service may be changed by Adda52.com without notice, and you must keep yourself updated about all changes to these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Service.

The decision of Adda52.com in any dispute regarding winning and disbursement of prizes shall be final and binding on all participants.
