1. Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities

Design and implement tracking and classification of players using a reputation model, pattern detection, and in-depth data analysis.
Build systems with high performance that scale.
Work with Flash developer team to consult on performance issues with client display.
Drive the game performance enhancements.
Build / investigate how to enhance rendering engines and graphics techniques.

Required Skills

B.S/B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science), M.S. or higher preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in reputation systems or fraud prevention.
Experience in depth analysis of very large data sets.
Ability to propose and implement changes to the Core game engines to better instrument for performance across different games.
Strong background and exposure in Flash movie optimization, Flash internals, how to build optimized Flash Code and assets.
Intimately familiar with responsiveness and game performance issues.
Background/passion in games and performance optimization, particularly experience in rendering engines.

2. Lead Artist 2D / 3D

Responsibilities

The 2D/3D Artist will be creating art assets that drive the visual identity and user interface of the game.
He will also be responsible for creating final in-game artwork and placeholder artwork as needed by the engineering team.
He will also work with the Web and Marketing teams to create game-related artwork.
He will spend most of his time designing and modeling 2D / 3D objects, flash animations, icons, advertising, web ready art, etc.

Required Skills

Quick sketching and experience in storyboarding.
Ability to communicate visually, and to identify and define visual design issues and provide solutions.
Excellent design skills including the effective use of color, design forms, lighting and compositions.
5 years’ experience in games development (shipped titles a plus!).
A passion for games, virtual worlds, and social networking.
Clear understanding of 3D lighting, and its effect on texture, bump, displacement mapping results.
Expert knowledge of UV-mapping techniques.
3D animation samples desirable but not required.
Excellent Photoshop skills (CS3/CS4), compositing, texture painting, tiling, retouch, filtering, scripting.
Experience in Flash including creating optimized movies, buttons, and animations.
3-4 years of experience with Maya 8.5.

3. Senior Php Developer

Responsibilities

Required Skills

B.S/B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science), M.S. or higher preferred.
Extensive programming experience in PHP, Javascript, HTML, AJAX, MVC Framework, Dream Weaver, Apache server.
1 to 3 year experience
Knowledge of Linux/Unix is a plus and/or knowledge of TCP/IP and network programming are a plus.
Strong database design and SQL skills.
A solid foundation with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
