Heads-Up With Rockstar Aditya Sushant Who Won Adda52 Millions Back-To-Back!

India’s only WSOP bracelet winner – Aditya Sushant aka ‘A_Sushant’ is a real rockstar and there seems to be no stopping for this Chennai-based pro. From chopping the Sunday Million to winning a WSOP bracelet for India, Sushant has done it all and now he has created another wave in India’s online poker circuit. He has won the Adda52 Millions tourney back-to-back, winning big and climbing the 15 Lac Crazy Leaderboard IV, which promises INR 7.5 Lac cash prize for the 1st place finisher.

Patience, hard work and focus always pay off and Sushant is a fine example of this. Anyone who meets this young pro gets impressed with his knowledge of the game and develops a respect for him. We caught up with him via an online chat to know about his big wins, his crazy run this month and future plans. Here the excerpts:

1. Hi Sushant. A big congratulation on your back-to-back Adda52 Millions wins! Of late, you have been enjoying a crazy run on adda52.com. Tell our readers a little about your run in 2018.

Sushant – Yes, I have done well this year. I ran deep in the Big Millions and then went on to win the Adda52 Millions back-to-back. Also, I took down a couple of other smaller tourneys. So, life going great.

2 – How Does it feel after winning two back-to-back Adda52 Millions this month?

Sushant – It feels pretty satisfying. Of late, I have been enjoying playing on adda52.com and the good run certainly helps for me.

3 – How was the field? How was your experience in the tournament?

Sushant – The field was a mixed bag with some notable pros, past winners and amateur players. A lot of good players were left in the last phase of the game. I ran pretty well and eventually shipped it.

4 – Any special moment/hand from the tourney?

Sushant – A couple of well-timed bluffs I made and went on to win some decent pots. I can’t remember anymore.

5 – How has online tournament gameplay of Indian players evolved over the last 1-2 years?

Sushant – Obviously, the online tournaments have gotten tougher than before. There are a lot of good players now. The gameplay is certainly going to evolve with a lot of fresh blood joining in the game.

6 – Finally, what are your plans for live poker? Any specific plan for Vegas?

Sushant – Play a lot of cash games when I get the chance. Vegas is probably a short trip this time around.
