Tournaments

Husain Lakdawala played his first India Poker Championship in the IPC Jun, 2011-6K Double-Bubble events and won it by defeating his opponents. In this tournament he earned a cash amount of Rupees 1,35,000. But he could not prove the same in the India Poker Championship (IPC) Mar, 2012-25K Main Event and eventually finished 6th position.

PokerGuru Tour was a great challenge for him but he could no achieve the top positions in the events. In PokerGuru Tour Sept, 2011-25K Freezeout Husain Lakdawal secured the 5th position winning a cash amount of cash Rupees 1,35,000.

The same he again participated in the PokerGuru Tour Dec, 2011-50K Freezeout 6-Max High Rollers event and finished 3rd position. In this event he earned cash Rupees 2,50,000.

He made every effort to secure the top position in the PokerGuru Tour Dec, 2011-25K Freezeout Main Event but could only reach the 4th position.

In February, 2012, he again participated in the PokerGuru Tour Season 2 Feb, 2012-5K Freezeout event. But he finished 3rd position.

Husain Lakdawala ensures that he never misses a tournament. In the year 2011, he participated in several tournaments of Aces Unlimited 4 seasons of Poker and proved his poker skills.

In the Aces Unlimited 4 Seasons of Poker - Autumn Edition (5K Double Rebuy and Addon event) he won a cash amount of Rupees 1 lakh and finished 4th.

He propelled his career with the victory of Aces Unlimited 4 Seasons of Poker - Autumn Edition (20K Freeze-Out Main Event) and won the cash prize of Rupees 4,00,000.

But in the Aces Unlimited 4 Seasons of Poker - Winter Edition he finished 7th position in the 20K Freeze-out Main Event.

In 2011, he also participated in the India Poker Series-Chapter 7 in the 15K Freeze-Out event but could not secure the top position and finished 7th position. Husain Lakdawala also played in the India Poker Pros (IPP) June Edition in the 10K Freeze Out Tournament but was defeated by his opponent and he eventually finished 5th.
