Bonus Expiry Policy
All Locked Bonus, Tourney Bonus and Instant Bonus will have an expiry date. The remaining bonuses that the user has not utilized or the user does not convert by the expiry date will be expired.
Instant Bonus
All Instant Bonus credited to each user's account will have an expiry date.
IBs received from different sources can have varying expiration periods.
User's Instant Bonus will be converted to Real Cash based on the earned PGPs.
For every 31 PGPs earned, 1 instant bonus will convert to real cash.
Users can check the expiry/conversion details at Cashier > Transaction History > IB/TB.
Tourney Bonus
TBs received from different sources can have varying expiration periods.
Users can check the expiry details at Cashier > Transaction History > IB/TB.
Locked Bonus
Locked Bonus received from different sources can have varying expiration periods.
