David “ZONEDin” Jackson was born in the 1980s and is from Jacksonville, Florida. He was initially introduced to cards through Tunk, which combines Rummy and Conquian. In 2009, he transitioned to Texas Hold’em when he relocated to Atlanta. He started playing online, investing in training courses, and soon committed to poker as a career.

His first recorded live cash came in August 2009, when he played at Tunica, Mississippi. In October 2012, he won the Bestbet Fall Poker Scramble in Jacksonville. In June 2014, he captured a Phamous Poker Series event in Las Vegas for $84,000, followed by a fourth-place finish at the WSOP, winning $183k. During the period of 2016-2017, he won multiple titles, including two Venetian $60K+ events and a deep run in the WSOP Main Event.
