Please note:

Only new players will be allowed to enter the 15 Lakh Welcome Leaderboard. Each user will be eligible for two leaderboards - one for the month of registration, and one for the subsequent month. Both challenges will end on the last day of the respective month.

Terms & Conditions

Deltatech Gaming Limited organizing the “Welcome Leaderboard” hereinafter referred to as “Adda52”

Period

This Leaderboard is valid from 1st June (00:00 hrs) to 30th June 2024 (11:59 PM)

Eligibility criteria

• The player shall have to specifically register/opt-in once in the welcome leaderboard for participation.

• The player must be in the top 1,000 ranks to win a reward.

• Only Post Flop hands played will be considered in the Leaderboard. ( From 1st June to 30th June'24 11:59 PM IST), hands played in the tournament, SnG tables & Private tables  will not be considered for this Leaderboard

• In case 2 or more players score the same points on the leaderboard, the player who wagered more will be ranked higher than the other players.

• The in kind rewards shown are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may vary depending upon availability and is subject to change.

• In case the player is found to be engaged in operating multiple accounts or engaged in any other form of  unfair gameplay as per the adda52 policy or any illegal activity the player will be blocked & disqualified from claiming the leaderboard rewards.

• The Adda52 reserves the right to change the dates, offers periods, schedules and other T&C’s without any prior notice.

• All standard Adda52 terms and conditions shall apply.

• The decision of Adda52’s management shall be final and binding in case of any dispute.

Leaderboard Rewards

Tata Punch Car

• Adda52  will only be liable to pay the  Ex showroom price of the base model of Tata Punch as per New Delhi prices subject to a maximum limit of Rs 6,12,000/- (six lakhs twelve thousand only). Any variation in the ex-showroom price due to the winner's location will have to be borne by the winner.

• The color of the vehicle is subject to availability.

• Any additional cost such as TDS at the applicable rate as per Income Tax Act,  Govt Taxes, Insurance, RTO registrations, Accessories etc. shall be borne by the winner. 

• The winner will need to take care of RTO formalities on his/her own.

• If the above prize is not available because of any unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances,then the winner has two options to choose from:

Option 1 : Winner can choose another car of similar category with ex showroom price upto 6.12 Lakhs. for e.g. if the ex showroom price of the other is 6.02 lacs , then Adda52 will not be liable to pay the difference of 10,000 to the winner

Option 2:  In case of no alternate choice, Adda52 reserves the right to pay the ex-showroom price of INR 6.12 Lakhs to the winner, after deducting  the Taxes as applicable.

• Tata is not involved in any form with Adda52 for promotional or sponsorship purposes for the Leaderboard

• All pictures of prizes are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the actual prizes.

• All prizes are non-transferable.

• The winner will be qualified for the prize only after successful completion of KYC & verification on the Adda52 app.

Royal Enfield Classic 350 motorcycle

• Adda52  will only be liable to pay the  Ex showroom price of the base model of Royal Enfield Classic 350 motorcycle as per New Delhi prices subject to a maximum limit of Rs  1,93,000/-. Any variation in the ex-showroom price due to the winner's location will have to be borne by the winner.

• The color of the vehicle is subject to availability.

• Any additional cost such as TDS at the applicable rate as per Income Tax Act,  Govt Taxes, Insurance, RTO registrations, Accessories etc. shall be borne by the winner. 

• The winner will need to take care of RTO formalities on his/her own.

• If the above prize is not available because of any unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances,then the winner has two options to choose from:

Option 1 : Winner can choose another motorcycle of similar category with ex showroom price upto 1.93 Lacs. for e.g. if the ex showroom price of the other is 1.83 lacs , then Adda52 will not be liable to pay the difference of 10,000 to the winner

Option 2:  In case of no alternate choise, Adda52 reserves the right to pay the ex showroom price of INR 1.93 lacs to the winner, after deducting  the taxes as applicable.

• Eicher Motors & Royal Enfield is not involved in any form with Adda52 for promotional or sponsorship purposes for the Leaderboard

• All prizes are non-transferable.

• The winner will be qualified for the prize only after successful completion of KYC & verification on the Adda52 app.

If any of the above prizes is not available because of any unforeseen circumstances, Adda52 holds the right to pay its price to the winner, exclusive of GST.

The prizes will be delivered after the declaration of the results of the Leaderboard , subject to its availability in the winner’s location/city.

Apple,Samsung, JBL, Noise, OnePlus, Redmi, Amazon or any other brands displayed above are not involved in any form with Adda52 for promotional or sponsorship purposes for the Player of the Series contest.

The Winner authorise Adda52 to use & promote his/her winning story in the text/photograph/video format across Adda52 official Webportal & Social media .

The Winner agrees to share his/her recent photograph & a Video testimonial ( to be shot by Adda52 team) at the time of receiving the award & upto 30 days.
